Lord, I know You are in control, and I'm learning that surrender doesn't mean sitting still. It means moving with You instead of apart from You.
When I feel weak, I remember Romans 15:1 — strength isn't about force, it's about carrying what You give me with Your help.
You remind me in Matthew 6:26-27 that You care for the birds and I am worth far more. Worry never adds; it only drains.
And Matthew 6:34 teaches me that today is enough. I don't have to carry tomorrow on my back.
So, Lord, here are my challenges today: to choose You and joy, to eat healthy, to work faithfully, to clean, to care for my space, and to handle the small tasks You've placed before me.
Choosing You and joy begins with a clean heart and a right spirit — turning my attention from fear to trust, from heaviness to gratitude.
Thank You for the simple blessings: water, coffee, food, family, friends, and most of all, Your presence.
These cares I lift to You, just as You ask in 1 Peter 5:7. They are not too many, not too overwhelming, because You walk through them with me.
Help me live Your Word today, remember what truly matters, and do each task with grace instead of pressure.
