Fail. Lately I've been failing at eating properly. I know what to do just haven't been implementing the strategy. Like a lot of us we know what will get us healthier, potentially; yet we make the same bad decision day after day until maybe one day we regret it. I really don't want to live a life of regret. A person today said it's not how long you live but how long you live well.

I personally believe we can do both. So my goal for tomorrow is to go grocery shopping with $40.00 and goal will be to buy enough food for eight to ten meals. This will cut my eating budget by two thirds if can pull this off.

For the next ninety days I will need to be committed. I'm currently weighing in around 232.8 pounds; probably around 40-60 pounds overweight!

They say there are no failures only lessons to be learned. Am I learning before it's to late. How about you..? We have 181 days left this year to do it right.
