1 Cucumber
2 Roma Tomatoes
1/3 Sweet Onion
1 JalapeƱo Pepper
Chop Vegetables
Have Fun Use Any Vegetable
Mix All In Bowl
Add 14 Eggs
Add Garlic Salt & Pepper To Taste
1 Package Of Favorite Shredded Cheese
Stir All Up
Grease 2 Muffin Pans With Coconut Oil
Ladle Mix Into Trays

Cooking Directions:

Bake At 325 For 25 Minutes

For more flavor use salad dressing as a dip.

2. Fried Chicken

Buy at your local grocery store or favorite Fast Food restaurant, don't get extras like biscuits or mash potatoes. Reward yourself for doing good job with the quiches.

Cooking Directions:

You bought it ready to eat, so just enjoy and reheat left overs.

 

3. Organic Veggies Soup

Recipe:
Buy a bag of frozen organic vegetables and organic vegetable, chicken or beef broth put both in pot.

Cooking Directions:

Bring to boil for one minute and enjoy.

4. Beef Hot Dogs (Fully Cooked)

Recipe:
Go to grocery store buy hot dogs with no chemicals or hormones. Organic if available.

Cooking Directions:

Bring to boil for one minute and enjoy.

Use your favorite condiment. I used Jalapeno mustard and ate with the left over vegetables on above recipe came out tasty.

5. Flatbread Tuna Sandwich Subway

Recipe:
Go to Subway make sure to get the flatbread, with Tuna. Get all the veggies and toppings you want. I went with the lemonade low cal 5 calories drink. Wasn't concerned about the calories, but everything else has lots of carbs so this was nice option, or maybe you might want unsweetened ice tea also another nice option.

They made it for ya doesn't get any easier then this. Maybe get a footlong and take half home.

6. Avocado's With Garlic Salt

Recipe:
Cut avocado into half, seperate then cut each half into a half, leaving you with four slices, peel the peel off with thumb or spoon. Had mine with some of the left over chicken.

Wash Avocado after peeled to help the salt stick and season with your favorite garlic salt or seasoning.
